Mills James Productions is the preferred audiovisual provider of the Dayton Convention Center. For over 40 years, Mills James has focused on elevating experiences through a unique combination of live and virtual event production, video and broadcast production, and scenic design services.

Mills James is the exclusive rigging partner for show managers and exhibitors. Theatrical rigging and banner hanging carry significant liabilities for the responsible party. Any display of banners, decorations or theatrical equipment that hangs from the ceiling must be approved and hung by Mills James.

If an audiovisual supplier outside of Mills James is contracted, the Event Manager will need to be notified. Additional charges for electric will be incurred.
