Facility Rental, Equipment, & Service Rates

The DCC offers equipment and special services for your next event. Rental equipment is available within the limits of the DCC’s inventory and availability at the time of the event. It is highly advised that you contact your Event Manager as early as possible with your equipment needs as rental equipment is available within the limits of the DCC’s inventory and availability at the time of the event.

All materials and equipment furnished by the DCC shall remain the property of the DCC and shall not be removed from the premises. Equipment not returned, broken or in need of heavy cleaning may incur an additional fee. Rates, equipment availability, and/or services are subject to change.

Performance Staging – 4’ x 8’ sections with height ranges 40” to 60”, increasing in size by 2” increments (SICO Staging). The DCC can provide staging rentals up to a total of 1,920 sq. ft. This represents a 60’ x 32’ stage or variation of.

Risers – 6’ x 8’ sections at either 18” in height or 24” in height (SICO risers). The DCC can rent risers in a variety of sizes up to a total of 2,016 sq. ft. This represents two (2) 24’ x 40’ risers.

Parquet Dance Floor – 3' x 3' sections, 275 total sections
