Utility Service Ordering Information
Need to order utilities?
1. You will need a Dayton Convention Center utility order form for your request. There are specific forms for ordering electric services, phones, air and water. These forms may be included in the Exhibitor kit that is normally provided by the decorator or the contact for the event. If you do not have these forms, you may call (937) 333.4785 or e-mail your request to dcc@cityofdayton.org to have them sent to you. Forms are also available from this site on the Exhibitor Services page. If you require wireless services, the Dayton Convention Center is currently working with Ocean Lan for those connections; the form for which is also similarly available.
2. Please review the form you need along with any related terms and conditions.
3. Fill in the form as completely as possible. If you have any questions regarding usage or you have any special requests please call before you place your order.
4. Make sure that payment information is provided. We accept Visa, MasterCard, checks, cash (on-site rates will apply) and money orders. WE DO NOT ACCEPT AMERICAN EXPRESS. Please make checks payable to Dayton Convention Center - Attn: Utility Services Department. Services are tax-free. All payments should be in US Funds.
5. All utility order forms should be mailed, faxed or e-mailed to the Dayton Convention Center.
6. Pre-order rates apply to orders received within 5 business days of event. On-site rates apply within 5 business days of event and for all floor orders.
7. Please call to confirm all orders.


What happens when you get here?

Upon arrival, your services should already be available for use. If there is a problem with any of your connections, please see your event coordinator or visit the Service Desk (located at the rear of Room 102) as soon as possible.

Electric services provided in the Exhibit Hall rooms (101, 102 and 103) may be delayed until the decorator and/or exhibitor arrive on-site. It may be necessary for Exhibitors to report their arrival and confirm connections at the Service Desk.

All telephones are equipped with long-distance and toll free calling capabilities. YOU MUST DIAL "9" TO GET AN OUTSIDE LINE. If you are using a credit card machine, you will be required to configure your machine to dial "9" before drafting. You may have to contact your service provider by calling the telephone number that should be affixed to your machine. The Dayton Convention Center is not responsible for this configuration.

Air and water connections require the attention of our Maintenance staff. Please stop by the Service Desk when you are ready for your connections.
