Dayton Convention Center

Service Attendants
Service Attendants are available to service your meeting or booth. A charge of $100.00 per attendant applies for the first 4-hour period; each additional hour will be $25.00 per attendant.

Butler Service
To enhance your reception, request to have butlers available to hand pass your hors d'oeuvres. To provide this service, a minimal charge of $45.00 for a maximum of two hours for each butler applies. Each additional hour will be $25.00 per butler. To add elegance to your event, may we suggest white glove butler service for an additional $10.00 per butler.

Bartender Fees
ARAMARK recommends 1 bartender per 200 guests for hosted bars and 1 bartender per 200 guests for cash bars. The bartender fees for hosted or cash bars are $100.00 per bartender per 4-hour period or any part.

Carvers and Action Station Chefs
Add flair to your reception by having action stations! Add an ARAMARK Chef for $60.00 per Chef for a maximum of 2 hours, each additional hour will be $30.00.

Greeters and Program Placers
Committee or staff members busy? Ask about having ARAMARK staff greet your guests or place your programs. Our associates can be available to assist you for $25.00 per hour charge for each ARAMARK associate needed.

Coat Check Attendants
ARAMARK is the exclusive coat check contractor.

Hosted Coat Check
A $100.00 labor fee will be charged for each attendant per first four-hour period. Each additional hour will be charged at $25.00 per attendant.

Cash Coat Check
When a cash coat check is requested, a minimum of $300.00 in sales must be reached at each location for each 4-hour period. If minimums are not met, the client will be charged for the difference.

Preset Functions
ARAMARK service standards require that waitstaff will enter the room 4 hours prior to the event to begin setting the room for every meal function. If you request the tables to be set the day prior to the event we will calculate how many wait-staff will be used for the actual event and divide by two. This will be the amount of wait-staff for a 4-hour period to set the room. A $75.00 charge for each wait-staff personnel for a 4-hour period will apply.

Extended Service
Need more time for your event?
If the time from "doors open" to the conclusion of the event is longer than 2 hours for breakfast or lunch or 2 1/2 hours for dinner, there will be a fee of $20.00 per server per hour. This fee will be waived if wait staff is allowed to clean and clear the room during meal service.

China Charge
Continental breakfasts, breaks and receptions are priced with the use of disposable ware. If china is preferred the charge will be $3.20 per guest based on the guaranteed number of guests given to ARAMARK.

Small Group Fee
There is a minimum guarantee of 50 people for all meal functions. If the guarantee is less than 50 people, a $75.00 fee will apply.

Kitchen Storage and Product Delivery Fees
If space is available, there will be a charge of $75.00 per day storage/delivery fee. This includes storage in the ARAMARK coolers or warehouse of food items as well as a one-time delivery to your room or booth. Each additional delivery is $25.00. For extraordinary needs, please consult your sales manager regarding applicable charges.

Late Guarantee or Increase in Guarantee (with in 72 hours)
To better service your event, ARAMARK requires guarantees be given to your Sales Manager within 72 business hours prior to your event. ARAMARK provides an additional 5% up to a maximum of 30 meals over your guarantee. If a guarantee is not given in this time frame, you will be charged for your original estimated number of guests. Once the guarantee is given, late registering guests or additional guests may require a nominal charge of $2.00 per meal over the contracted price. Late changes may incur additional facility charges.
